Short term rental guidelines have finally been established for properties within unincorporated Clark County. Starting Sept. 13, 2022, through March 13, 2023 (“the application period”), the department of Business License will be accepting applications for business licenses to operate a short-term rental unit. Applications will be available either through our online portal or submitted in-person by appointment only.
